AASA x ACSA x University of Sydney: The Architectural Humanities Book Talk Series

As part of our commitment to advancing scholarly discourse in architectural education, AASA and ACSA, in collaboration with the University of Sydney, proudly present the Architectural Humanities Book Talk Series. This series showcases scholarship from around the globe, providing a platform for critical engagement and discussion.

Held on Wednesdays in Australia, these webinars are open to all and organised by the Histories of Architecture and the Built Environment group at the University of Sydney. Each engaging 30-minute session is thoughtfully scheduled to accommodate participants at the beginning or end of the day, ensuring accessibility for a diverse audience. Attendees will experience live presentations, with recordings made available on the Architecture, Design, and Planning YouTube channel shortly after each event.

Authors will delve into the pivotal themes of their books, sparking dynamic conversations with respondents for each talk. We encourage lively participation, as each session concludes with an interactive Q&A segment, allowing audiences to engage directly with the authors and deepen their understanding. Join us in this enriching exploration of architectural scholarship and broaden your horizons in the field!
